Listing Act, European Parliament approves agreement reached with EU Council

24/04/2024 (Agence Europe) – At its plenary session on Wednesday 24 April, the European Parliament validated the provisional political agreement reached in February (see EUROPE B13341A8) on the ‘EU Listing Act’ legislative package aimed at making it easier for European companies, particularly SMEs, to raise capital on the markets.
